Rapid97 is more than just a name in the online betting industry. We are a community, we are technology, and we are a genuine commitment to every Malaysian player who trusts us as their betting companion every day.
Rapid97 started with one simple conviction — that Malaysian players deserve a better online betting experience. Safer, faster, more transparent, and most importantly, more enjoyable. Since the platform launched in 2019, we have grown from a small passionate team into one of the most trusted betting platforms in Southeast Asia.
The name rapid97 itself reflects our core identity. "Rapid" stands for speed — in processing bets, in handling withdrawals, and in delivering an experience that never wastes a player's time. The number "97" represents our high return-to-player (RTP) rate and our commitment to ensuring every ringgit wagered gets its full worth. For us, it's not just a tagline — it's a promise.
What sets rapid97 apart from other platforms in the Malaysian market isn't just the number of games on offer or the size of the bonuses advertised. The real difference lies in how we treat our players. At rapid97, every player — whether you registered today or have been with us since day one — receives the same treatment: professional, transparent, and without discrimination. No player is too small to matter, and no issue is too minor to be resolved.
The rapid97 team is made up of individuals who truly understand this industry from the inside. Many of us are players ourselves who have experienced the frustrations of older platforms — slow withdrawals, unresponsive customer support, and uncompetitive odds. Those personal experiences drove us to build something different, something we'd want to use every day ourselves.
Rapid97 operates under a recognised international gaming licence, ensuring all platform activities comply with the highest standards of security, financial integrity, and fair play. Players can bet with full confidence that this platform is managed with uncompromising integrity.
The rapid97 journey was never a straight and easy road. In the early years, we operated with a small but driven team, focused on building a solid technology infrastructure before launching our product to the public. We believed that the right foundation was key to sustainable growth — and time proved us right.
Today, rapid97 offers more than 50 categories of sports and casino games, with over 500,000 registered members from across Malaysia and the surrounding region. Our platform supports live and pre-match sports betting, a wide range of Live Casino games with real dealers, hundreds of slots from world-class providers, and a comprehensive esports section for fans of competitive gaming.
Behind the sleek interface and smooth user experience lies a highly sophisticated technology infrastructure. rapid97's servers operate with near-zero downtime, guaranteed through a multi-layered redundancy system that keeps the platform available even during peak traffic moments like an FA Cup final or a Formula 1 race.
The security of players' data and finances is an absolute priority at rapid97. All transactions are processed through channels protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by leading banking institutions worldwide. Our fraud detection system operates automatically around the clock, identifying and blocking any suspicious activity before it can affect a player's account.
For players who value convenience, the rapid97 mobile app is available for Android and iOS — lightweight to download yet packed with features. The entire betting experience — from checking odds to confirming tickets and withdrawing funds — can be completed directly from your phone screen in just a few moments.
Six core strengths that have made rapid97 the top choice for Malaysian players since we first launched.
256-bit SSL encryption protects every transaction and your personal data. Player funds are held in segregated accounts, completely separate from the company's operational funds, ensuring your money is safe at all times.
Bets are processed in under one second. Withdrawals are settled within 3 to 15 minutes — not business days. We understand that players' time is valuable, and we take that seriously.
Our odds margin is among the lowest in Southeast Asia, meaning every ringgit wagered returns maximum value when you win. No hidden manipulation, no figures kept under wraps.
Every aspect of rapid97 is built with Malaysian players in mind — full support in Bahasa Melayu, integration with local eWallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and sports coverage centred on local leagues and tournaments.
From sports betting and esports, Live Casino with real dealers, hundreds of premium slots, to number games and lotteries — rapid97 is the complete destination for all types of online players.
Our support team is available in Malay, English, and Chinese at all times without interruption. Whether via Live Chat, email, or Telegram — we are always there when you need us.

At rapid97, we believe that healthy betting is controlled betting. This industry can be a highly entertaining source of fun when approached the right way — but we also recognize that without adequate controls, it can lead to serious problems for some individuals.
That's why rapid97 invests seriously in responsible gaming tools that our players can access directly. Through the account settings panel, every player can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. These limits take effect immediately and require a 48-hour cooling-off period before they can be increased — ensuring that decisions made with a clear head remain respected by the system.
For players who feel they need a longer break, a self-exclusion option is available directly within the account — no need to contact anyone, and no embarrassing questions asked. We also provide information and professional support resources for anyone who may be facing challenges related to their betting habits. Please visit the Responsible Gaming us for more information.
We are always open to feedback, enquiries, or any issues you may have. The rapid97 support team can be reached via Live Chat in our app or website, or through our official email at [email protected]. Our response time is within minutes for Live Chat and no more than 4 hours for email, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with no days off.
Rapid97 will continue to grow, innovate, and improve — not just because it's good for business, but because we genuinely care about the experience of every one of you. Thank you for choosing rapid97 as your betting platform. We promise never to betray that trust.
