All activity occurring through your account — whether with your knowledge or not — is your responsibility, unless proven to be the result of a hack reported to us within 24 hours.

If you do not agree with the changes made, please discontinue use of the platform and contact us to close your account.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the rapid97 operating licence. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform that cannot be resolved through rapid97's internal process will be referred to a recognised arbitration body.
Players agree that any legal claims or proceedings related to the rapid97 platform will be resolved exclusively through the dispute resolution mechanism specified in our operating licence, and not through local courts unless required by applicable Malaysian law.
If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will not be affected.
